Returning an order

Are you a consumer customer and would you like to return a purchased product?
This is possible if the conditions for withdrawal are met,
as determined in Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions.

If the conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the order amount
including shipping costs.

Conditions for withdrawal

Your notice of withdrawal must reach us within 14 days after receiving the product.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases,
for example for personalised products.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
The return shipment must also be arranged by the customer.

How to report a withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us via:

You may also send another clear written statement declaring
that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

You may use the model form below for this purpose.

We will refund the due order amount within 14 days
after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been
received by us in good condition.

Incorrect delivery address provided?

Did you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to modify the order for you before it is shipped.

Countries of delivery

Meralune can currently only deliver within Belgium.

Expected delivery time

Meralune does everything possible to deliver your order carefully and as quickly as possible.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation.

You can generally expect delivery within one week. In the exceptional case of a delay,
Meralune will inform you accordingly.

Shipping costs

The listed product prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

Shipping costs depend on the number of purchased products.

The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout,
before the final confirmation of the order.

Free delivery within Belgium for orders from
€100.00 including VAT.

Delivery methods

Delivery is carried out by Meralune itself or by an appointed parcel carrier,
to the delivery address provided during the order.
